Dolores M. Brawdy, 84, of Humboldt, formerly of Fort Dodge, passed away on Thursday morning, December 20, 2018 at the Humboldt Care Center North.
She was born January 23, 1934 in Marion County, Oregon, the daughter of Josephine and Barbara (Kaiser) Schaecher. She grew up in Oregon and later in life moved to Fort Dodge where she raised her family. Dolores worked as a waitress for many years, before working in manufacturing and then as a cook. Family was a very important part of her life.
She is survived by her children, Roy Brawdy of Dallas, Texas, Deb (Joe Paulson) Labs of Renwick, Richard (Linda) Brawdy of Humboldt and Lynette Wyatt of Fort Dodge, her grandchildren, Brant, Justin, Kelsey, Kerry, Jamie, Jason, Tyler, Diane, Chad and Heather and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Steve Brawdy and nephew, Joseph.
