Donna L. Wolf, 76, of Humboldt, passed away January 22, 2013 at the Humboldt Care Center North. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Humboldt. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Humboldt. Visitation is from 1-2:30 p.m. Saturday at the church. The Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home of Humboldt is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Wolf is survived by her children, David (Connie) Krause of Eagle Grove, Timothy Krause of Eagle Grove, Vicki (Michael) Sitko of Huntley, Il, Kim (Rick) Waldera of Humboldt, and Jodi (Ron) Hjelmeland of Rutland; 15 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Scott Brian Krause; and her brother, Roger Tesdahl.
Donna Lee Tesdahl, the daughter of Arthur Ingvald and Ethel (Johnson) Tesdahl, was born May 26, 1936 at Badger, Iowa. As a young girl, she moved with her family to Eagle Grove where she graduated from Eagle Grove High School. She was united in marriage to Jerry Krause at Eagle Grove. To this union, five children were born, David, Timothy, Scott, Vicki, and Kim. The marriage was later dissolved. Donna worked for many years at the Kossuth County Medical Center as a Med Manager. She then married Jerry Wolf and the couple had one daughter, Jodi. They made their home in LuVerne until the marriage was dissolved in 1985 and Donna moved to Humboldt.
Donna will always be remembered by her family as an excellent homemaker. She was a member of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Humboldt. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, bowling, polka dancing, embroidery, and in her younger years, ice-skating. Donna loved collecting Avon Jewelry but above all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
