Frank L. Hanna

Frank L. Hanna, 74, of Humboldt, passed away April 11, 2014 at the Humboldt Care Center North.  Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of the Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt.  Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Humboldt with full military rites by the Adams American Legion Post 119 and Sathers-Odgaard VFW Post 5240.  Visitation is from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Frank L. Hanna was born on February 1, 1940 at Titusville, PA and was raised and educated in Pennsylvania.  In 1960, he enlisted into the United States Marine Corps.  He served eleven years as an active Marine including two tours of duty in Vietnam.  He then served nine years in the United States Army Reserve.
Frank was united in marriage to Kathy Campbell on April 22, 1977.  The couple made their home in Dakota City for many years until moving to Humboldt in 2011.
Mr. Hanna is survived by his wife of 36 years, Kathy Hanna; two sons by a previous marriage, Tom and Michael; two brothers, Joe (Nancy) Hanna and Don (Mary) Hanna; and his nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Art; one sister, Betty; his daughter, Hope.
