Mary Lou (Penning) Warner, 90, of Gilmore City, passed away on Friday evening, February 17, 2023, at Fort Dodge Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born December 27, 1932 in Bode, the daughter of Anton and Bessie (Van Houten) Penning. She was united in marriage to Gilbert Hogan Warner on August 4, 1956. The couple made their home in Gilmore City and Mary Lou worked for Humboldt Trust & Savings Bank. She especially enjoyed her family and bowling. She was a member of the United Methodist Women.
She is survived by her grandchildren Steven Gilbert Hogan Warner of California, Corrie Warner and Elizabeth Warner both of Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert and her son Jeffrey Alan Warner.
Graveside Services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 12th at Marble Valley Cemetery in Gilmore City, with Pastor Dave Mork officiating. The Mason-Lindhart Funeral & Cremation Service of Humboldt is in charge of the arrangements.
