Pauline V. Kramer, 87, of Humboldt, passed away June 25, 2015, at the Humboldt Care Center North. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 29th, in the chapel of the Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt with Father James Tigges officiating. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Kramer is survived by her 11 children who include , by proximity, Jerry (Brenda) Kramer of Humboldt, Nick (Cheryl) Kramer of Rutland, Mark (Becky) Kramer of LuVerne, Theriesa (Duane) Hellman of Bancroft, Joanne (Dan) Grause of Nevada, Dianne Ely of Neosho, MO, Dale (Pat) Jensen of Neosho, MO, Barb Davis of Talladega, AL, Darrell Jensen of Leander, TX, Terrilynn Kramer of Peoria, AZ, and Skeet Jensen of Seattle, WA; 28 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; sister, Cindy (Jack) Nagel of Evansdale,; brother, Glen (Faith) Larson of Rapid City, SD; brother-in-law, Dwight Ferguson of Fort Dodge; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard; husband, Gerald; son, Denny Jensen; daughter-in-law, Joanie Jensen; grandson, Chad Jensen; son-in-law, Butch Ely; sisters, Darlene, Betty, and Shirley; and brother, John.
Pauline Virginia Larson, the daughter of Clarence “Shorty” and Florence “Goldie” Larson, was born May 11, 1928 at the family’s rural Mason City home. She received her education at Eagle Grove, Iowa. Her first husband, Richard Jensen past away in 1953. On July 8, 1954, she was united in marriage to Gerald Kramer at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church in Algona. The couple made their home in Bancroft and Algona until moving to LuVerne in 1971. Mr. Kramer passed away in 2009.
Pauline’s profession was child rearing. Besides her own 12 children, their friends were always welcome in her home. For a short time she worked at the Good Samaritan Center and Casey’s General Store in Algona and the Humboldt Workshop.
Pauline loved to spend time with her friends and family who will dearly miss her. She enjoyed camping, sewing, and crafts.
