Teresa Niles

Teresa Niles, 42, of Humboldt, passed away January 20, 2016 at the Paul J. Baber Hospice House in Fort Dodge. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2016 in the chapel of the Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt. Burial will be in Indian Mound Cemetery, Humboldt. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Teresa is survived by her husband, Al of Humboldt; her children, Andrew “Beefy” (Ambere) Niles of Gilmore City and Courtney Niles of Buffalo Center; grandsons, Axel and Adam Niles; her mother, Patty Brighton and her father, Richard Brighton, both of Forest City; sisters, Anna (Paul Armstrong) Brighton of Buffalo Center and Lois Gordon of Mason City; and her mother-in-law, Nancy Niles of Humboldt.
Teresa Brighton, the daughter of Richard and Patty (Book) Brighton, was born April 5, 1973 at Leland, Iowa. She was raised on the family dairy farm near Leland, attended Scarville Christian School, and graduated from Lake Mills High School. Teresa began her life with her loving husband on July 19, 1989 and to this union, two children , Andrew and Courtney, were born. She stayed busy raising her children and working from her home as a licensed daycare provider and Pampered Chef representative. She then went to work in the customer service department of Pamida before becoming the head secretary of Gold-Eagle Coop in Renwick.
Teresa loved to ride her motorcycle and enjoyed camping and Facebook. She especially loved her job at Gold-Eagle and the trips she took with Al.
