Terry Iver Moss

Terry Iver Moss, 72, passed away at the Iowa Veteran’s Home in Marshalltown on April 24, 2020.
Terry was born September 23, 1947. He is a respected Veteran, loved father and grandfather and is remembered as a good man that helped many people. Terry was a proud Marine and member of the 133 Air National Guard Unit in Fort Dodge. He served in Vietnam and the Gulf War and deployed overseas on multiple occasions.
Terry is the loving father of Rachel Moss, Rick Dyer, Randy Dyer, Rhonda Dyer and Ruth Dyer. He has several grandchildren and is also survived by his brothers Tom, Trent and Tim Moss and their families. His family remembers him as a provider, hard worker, artist and collector. His fun loving nature and unconditional love will be sorely missed.
Terry is preceded in death by his wife, Barb and parents Ervin Moss and Evonne Laird.
A Memorial Graveside Service with military rites by Sathers-Odgaard American Legion will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Eagle Grove. Family and friends are invited to gather together to celebrate the life of our Papa Smurf, Master Sergeant Terry Moss. www.masonlindhart.com
