While living in Fulda, Vi was very active in her church, it’s bible studies and organizations, especially We Care We Share. She enjoyed Saturday night church, her Sunday afternoons listening to the Lutheran Hour, and polka music on New Ulm radio station KNUJ. Vi and Chuck were avid ballroom dancers and after retirement, golfed everyday. The Minnesota Twins and Vikings were always on her TV and she became a Iowa Hawkeye fan after moving to Iowa.
